Shipping and Returns policy

 

Limited Edition Prints

Prints are made to order therefore processing time can be between 7 – 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. We use reputable couriers only. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

Shipping costs are applied at checkout. These will be calculated depending on the address of the recipient. We can ship prints internationally. All limited edition prints are carefully packaged in glassine wrap and placed in a sturdy shipment cylinder with their corresponding certificate of authenticity.

In the unlikely event of your print arriving damaged we offer a replacement or full refund. The damaged print must be returned in its original packaging.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Anna Mckeever print. If you are not happy with your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. However, we can offer an exchange for a piece of equal or higher value if returned in perfect condition
and in the original packaging. This will be agreed on an individual basis with the customer paying return shipping.

 

Framed Prints

Limited edition prints are sold without a frame. Prints generally look best when they are mounted and framed behind glass, but this is best discussed with your framer.

A selection of framed prints are available to purchase off the wall in the gallery – please contact us for further details if you are interested in a framed print.

 

Original Pieces 

We are very careful to ensure your investment in an Anna McKeever original arrives in perfect condition. All original pieces are packed in a custom built wooden crate to eliminate internal movement. We use a specialist courier company – shipping is arranged at cost price at the expense of the client.

We can ship pieces internationally. All original pieces are fully insured and deliveries tracked. Our insurers advise us that all eventualities are covered and will be dealt with on an individual basis. If your original is lost or damaged in transit please get in contact with the gallery – we can assist you to make a claim via the courier company.

 

Please note we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on original pieces unless the piece is damaged.
