Each print is carefully prepared and packaged for safe transit. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail registered and tracked delivery and require a signature upon receipt. International orders will be transferred to the relevant local postal service for final delivery.

Ireland: 1–2 working days
UK & Europe: 5–7 working days
Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by local postal or customs delays.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As these vary by destination, we recommend consulting your local customs or government website before ordering.

Should you wish to make a return, please contact info@annamckeever.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once authorised, the artwork must be returned within 28 days of receipt, in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition.

UNSUSCCESSFUL DELIVERY:

Please ensure your delivery details are complete and accurate when ordering.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, redelivery can be arranged once the additional delivery costs have been covered. Alternatively, a refund can be arranged in accordance with our returns policy.

Once received and the return conditions have been met, your refund will be processed.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will arrange either a replacement or full refund.

An order will be considered lost where there has been no delivery record after 28 days and the parcel has been confirmed as missing by the postal carrier.
